If you wish to make a grant application to the Trust please read the Useful Information before completing the Application Form, as it will help with the success of your application. If successful and you receive a grant, you will need to return the Monitoring Form to us as soon as the project is completed. If you are applying as an individual, please contact the Clerk directly.
